Introducing the Book of Mormon: Dialogue Gospel Study with Grant Hardy

In this episode of Dialogue Gospel Study, Grant Hardy introduces some academic understanding of the Book of Mormon.

Grant Hardy is a professor of history and religious studies at the University of North Carolina at Asheville. He has written books and articles on early Chinese history as well as Mormon Studies. He is the author of Understanding the Book of Mormon. In addition, he has edited the Book of Mormon in multiple versions including the Maxwell Institute Study Edition and most recently the Annotated Book of Mormon, produced by Oxford University Press’s Bible Division and modeled after the New Oxford Annotated Bible. Grant has held a variety of ward and stake callings and currently serves as the Nursery leader. He and his wife Heather also teach Institute.
