Comfort through Christ: Dialogue New Testament Gospel Study with Melissa Dalton-Bradford

Melissa Dalton-Bradford presents the 82nd Dialogue Gospel Study.

Melissa Dalton-Bradford is an author, public speaker, and co-founder of two non-profits: Mormon Women for Ethical Government (MWEG), a nonpartisan organization focused on watchdogging political leadership and engaging women in the same; and Their Story is Our Story (TSOS), a refugee advocacy organization.

Melissa holds two degrees from Brigham Young University, (B.A. German Language and Literature; M.A. Comparative Literature). The recipient of the 2018 BYU Alumni Association’s Service to Family Award, she has parlayed her training and her family’s 30 years of global nomadism across eight countries and six languages into an extensive body of writing, including poetry and articles published in journals, magazines, online sites, and anthologies, and two books On Loss and Living Onward, and Global Mom: A Memoir, which won the Association of Mormon Letter’s awardfor Best Memoir.

Originally from Utah, Melissa served a German-speaking mission in Austria. Recent empty nesters, she and her husband Randall reside just north of Frankfurt, Germany. They love traveling across their “native” Europe, hiking and biking in their local forests, reading aloud to each other, and working with youth and young adults inside and outside the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
