Walter L. Maughan

Walter L. Maughan holds two degrees from Utah State University and is a specialist in the education of mentally retarded children in the Alpine (Utah) School District. His articles on children and children's education have ap￾peared in numerous magazines and journals, including THE CHILDREN'S FRIEND and THE INSTRUCTOR. The father of four, Mr. Maughan is an active Seventy and a Cub Scout leader.
