SHELDON LAWRENCE {[email protected]} is the director of the Writing Center at Brigham Young University–Idaho, and the current president of the Association for Mormon Letters. In addition to numerous essays, he also authored Hearts of the Fathers: A Story of Heaven, Hell, and the Hope of New Life after Life (2016).
