SANDRA CLARK JERGENSEN {[email protected]} is the Co-Editor-in-Chief of Segullah. She recently edited and contributed to their just-released anthology, Seasons of Change: Stories of Transition from Peculiar Pages. Sandra combined her dual affections for writing and food through food studies in grad school and still hasn’t released either, now balancing writing with a business teaching seasonal cooking. She and her family live and bike daily in Davis, California.
