KATHERINE COWLEY {[email protected]} lives with her husband and three daughters in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Her short stories earned first place in the Mormon Lit Blitz and in Segullah’s annual writing contest. She guest edited the 2016 Mormon Lit Blitz and the 2019 Around the World in Mormon Lit contest, and she is on the board of directors for Mormon Lit Lab. Her novella “Tatterhood and the Prince’s Hand” appears in the anthology Unspun: A Collection of Tattered Fairy Tales. Her stories have also been published in Defenestration, Mad Scientist Journal, 365 Tomorrows, and Steel and Bone. She teaches writing at Western Michigan University.
