
Jon Ostenson
Jon Ostenson {[email protected]} is an associate professor of English Education at Brigham Young University. He began his teaching career in English classrooms in junior high and high schools in Utah, and moved to BYU after earning a PhD from the University of Utah. At BYU, he teaches methods courses to pre-service English teachers and helps direct First Year Writing. In his research and publishing, he is actively involved in promoting young adult literature in English classrooms and in the lives of young readers.
