B. C. OLIVA {[email protected]} grew up a half-Mexican half-Mormon mutt in Podunk, north Utah. He put himself through school working factories, repos￾sessing houses, writing for tech companies, and building Harleys. He’s earned BAs from the University of Utah, an MFA from the University of Montana, a PhD from the University of Houston, and is currently an Assistant Professor￾in-Residence of English at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
