Arvo Van Alstyne

Arvo Van Alstyne, who has published numerous books and articles on public law and procedure while teaching at U.C.L.A. and Stanford Law Schools, recently became Professor of Law at the University of Utah and is serving as bishop of one of the L.D.S. student wards there.
