Clara V. Dobay

CLARA V. DOBAY holds a Ph.D. in history from the University of Houston, Texas. She currently chairs the social studies department at Milby High School, Houston, and is author of Seeds of Mediocrity: Philistinism Within American Education (University Press of America, 1988).
