Eric Thompson

Eric Thompson is twenty-four years old and has been painting seriously since 1989. Self-taught, he acknowledges the influence of the surrealists, particularly Dali and Rene Magritte. Locally, he experiences the influence of Trevor Southey. His subject matter frequently emerges from his dreams and emphasizes mood and feeling over meaning.
