Jeffery C. Jacob

JEFFREY C. JACOB is an associate professor in the Department of Educational Policy and Administrative Studies at the University of Calgary, Canada. He has served in the Church as a high councilor, stake executive secretary, and bishop. He and his wife, Lynne Morris, are the parents of eight children.
